Obir Tropfsteinhöhle cave in Bad Eisenkappel
Subterranean world of wonders at about one thousand metres above sea level with a show mine.
The Obir stalagmite and stalactite cave is located at the Unterschäfferalpe pasture which once was a flourishing mining area. With the cave’s bus you get from Bad Eisenkappel through the Woschitzgraben rift to the subterranean world of wonders which extends on the northern side of the Hochobir mountain in an estimated dimension of five kilometres in length. About 1.3 kilometres are open to the public.
